when user re-register the Good for enterprise. the user name and OAT is passed, but when go to the “securing channel”, the APP is popup the error message “Network error”. how can we fix it?
先确认这是特定用户或是全部的用户都会有这个问题?
如果是后者,也许在Good Server的安装设定上有问题。 如果是前者,可能跟Good NOC连线有问题,目前国内连到Good NOC的网络较慢,可试着用WIFI或3G/4G连线,有时多试几次就可以成功。
